Online voter registration (you must have a NV Driver's License or ID issued by the NV DMV) - open through Oct 18:

CITY OF RENO AND WASHOE COUNTY REGISTRATION IS EARLIER – THE POSTMARK DATE IS SUNDAY, OCT. 7 (though I think you'd want to do it Saturday at the latest, as post offices aren't open on Sunday)

You can submit a registration by mail, which must be postmarked by Tuesday, Oct 9 –
